Wild Dresser Turned Vintage Nursery Changing Table

We turned a wild and crazy dresser from a 90's teen's bedroom-- to vintage nursery appropriate in one afternoon.

This dresser was painted in my sister's favorite colors when she was 11. LIME GREEN, bright purple, with a few pops of orange and pink. My mom even helped give her a brushed/sponge look. So popular in 1999.





My sweet husband was the official paint stripper, as I was the designated photographer (and pregnant!)





Beautiful blue from custom chalk paint mix covered those wild colors in 2 coats easily.





The finished product. The dresser took only a weekend to complete, we think it's now classic and will grow nicely with our son as his tastes (and ours) change.
