This chair was slated to be thrown out . The upholstery was in terrible shape so I tore it all off and pulled out a ton of nails and staplesThe only visible wood was the red cherry trim
I liked the shape of the wood
I painted the wood Waverly ink Chalk paint and the clear wax
wasn't sure how to finish the back Under the burlap is a memory foam pad
I found this Waverly fabric at Walmart

My husband cut me a solid wood seat for me to cover
I had trouble figuring out to make a neat fold around this arm so I made a puffy little accent and nailed it in place
All total with fabric pad and trim less than $50.00
